Starting from January 1, 2023, all remaining balances on gift cards issued in Croatian kunas will automatically be converted to euros based on a fixed conversion rate 1 euro = 7.53450 kuna, in accordance with the law.

General terms of use for the Arena Centar Gift Card

You can make purchases with the ARENA CENTAR GIFT CARD (hereinafter: Card) in the stores located in Arena Centar Zagreb, Vice Vukova 6, that accept the Card for transactions. Information about the stores which accept the Card can be obtained at the Arena Centar Info Desk or checked on the website www.arenacentar.hr/en/gift-card. The list of stores which accept the Card is subject to change without prior notice.

Please keep these General terms of use until the Card's expiration date, as well as the attached issuance and activation confirmation.

The Card can be transferred to a third party without restrictions. The Card is not issued in a specific name, so its possessor can use it. Upon transferring the Card to a third party, please provide them with these General terms of use and the issuance and activation confirmation. The Card issuer is not obligated to verify the identity of the Card possessor and is not responsible for any Card misuse.

Activation or use of the Card implies that the Card possessor is familiar with the General terms, fully understands and accepts the described Card usage conditions.

The Card possessor is responsible for its use and safekeeping. The Card issuer will not be liable and will not replace the Card in case of theft, loss, or damage.

The Card issuer is not responsible for the delivery of purchased goods or services using the Card, for any material and legal defects of purchased goods and services, nor for the accuracy of information which the Card possessor receives from third parties.

The monetary amount expressed in euros and stored on the Card is equal to the monetary value upon Card activation and is indicated on the Card. The monetary amount (limit) of the card is fixed, so adding money to the Card afterwards is not allowed. The Card cannot be exchanged for cash, nor is it possible to receive the remaining amount in cash.

The Card can be used up to the limit amount and within six months from the date of activation. The Card is activated at the time of purchase at the Arena Centar Info Desk. With each use of the Card, the available limit decreases by the transaction amount. The remaining limit will be indicated on the confirmation after each time the Card is used. The Card's remaining balance can also be checked at the Arena Centar Info Desk.

If the Card limit is lower that the total purchase amount, the difference needs to be paid to cover the value of the purchased goods or services. If the Card limit is higher than the total purchase amount, the desired spending amount is deducted from the Card, and the remining difference can be used until the Card's expiration date. Installment buying is not possible with the Card.

After the last day of the Card's validity, the Card will be voided, and it will no longer be able to be renewed, used for purchases regardless of the available balance, or refunded for the remaining balance amount. The Card possessor is responsible for keeping track of the Card's expiration date.
