Purchase of Arena Centar Gift Card for individuals
Individuals can purchase Arena Centar gift cards at the info desk during the working hours of the center. Gift cards can be purchased with cash only.

Purchase of Arena Centar Gift Card for business entities
Business entities can purchase gift cards with cash at the Info Desk or order them by filling out the online form.

Reactivation of Arena Centar Gift Card
The validity period of the gift card is 6 months from the activation date.

General terms of use for the Arena Centar Gift Card
GENERAL INFORMATION. With the Arena Centar Gift Card (hereinafter: the “Card”), you can make purchases in the stores located within the Arena Centar Zagreb, Vice Vukova 6, and the Arena Park Zagreb retail park, Jaruščica 4, provided that those stores accept the Card as a means of payment.
The issuer and owner of the Card is Arena Center Zagreb d.o.o., Vice Vukova 6, Zagreb, OIB 83997642580.
Please keep these General Terms until the expiry date of the Card, along with the confirmation of issuance and activation of the Card.THE CARD. The Card is not issued in a specific name, so it may be used by its holder. By activating or using the Card, the holder is deemed to be familiar with these General Terms and to fully understand and accept the conditions of use described herein.
The holder of the Card is responsible for its use and safekeeping. The Card can be obtained in physical form, and it is compatible with digital wallet use.
The monetary value, expressed in euros, and stored on the Card corresponds to the amount received or assigned at the time of activation and is indicated on the Card. The monetary amount (limit) of the Card cannot be changed; therefore, additional funds cannot be added later. The Card cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can the remaining balance be refunded in cash.
The Card may be used up to its limit within six (6) months from the activation date. The Card is activated at the moment of purchase of the physical Card at the Arena Centar info desk. After the last day of validity, the Card will be cancelled and can no longer be used. The Card holder is responsible for monitoring the expiry date.
PURCHASES. Information about stores that accept the Card can be obtained at the Arena Centar info desk or found on the website https://www.arenacentar.hr/en/gift-card.
The list of participating stores is subject to change without prior notice.Each time the Card is used, the available limit is reduced by the amount of the transaction (the purchase of goods or services).
If the remaining balance on the Card is less than the total purchase amount, the holder must pay the difference by another means of payment. If the remaining balance on the Card is greater than the purchase amount, the spent amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance can be used until the Card’s expiry date.
The Card cannot be used for installment payments.
You can check the remaining balance and expiry date of the Card at the Arena Centar info desk.The Card issuer is not responsible for the delivery of goods or services purchased using the Card, nor for any material or legal defects of purchased goods or services, nor for the accuracy of information obtained by the Card holder from third parties.
TRANSFER OF THE CARD. The Card can be transferred to a third party without restriction. When transferring the Card, please also provide the recipient with these General Terms and the confirmation of issuance and activation.
COMPLAINTS. For any complaints or claims related to the use of the Card, please contact the Arena Centar info desk.
Complaints concerning the Card are only possible upon presentation of the confirmation of issuance and activation, which serves as proof of the Card acquisition transaction.The Card issuer will not be liable and will not replace the Card in the event of theft, loss, or damage to the Card. The issuer is not obligated to verify the identity of the Card holder and is not responsible for any misuse of the Card.
